Since 1948 we've been treating generations of patients in Abercarn, Risca, Newport and surrounding valleys.

We offer family dental care with an emphasis on prevention. We aim to create healthy attractive smiles and teeth. To maintain this we offer regular check ups, quality care and the services of both a dental therapist and hygienist. Each surgery is fully computerised and linked to the latest digital imaging (x-ray) system.
We accept patients on NHS, Independent and Denplan basis.

Training

Since 2007 we have been a Foundation Training practice approved to train and support newly qualified Dentists and in 2012 we were also chosen to train Dental nurses on the new Certificate of Higher Education scheme.

We are undertaking the Wales Dental Maturity Matrix Scheme. This is awarded to practices that show high standards of clinical governance and management. This involves a whole range of practice aspects such as Health and Safety, cross infection control, radiation protection, child protection, staff management training and the continuous professional development of both dentists and nurses.
